If I understand your theory then the BoD are sure going about it in an odd way by offending and raising the hackles of the very people necessary to form co-operation between ROF Players.

I can tell you positively that the people in charge over at FWR are white lipped with anger over the comments by Hamilton at the 'investors luncheon' and to the 'Northern Miner' where he basically said nobody else has valuable deposits because they don't have nickel.

It's hard to find any indication of other 'players' showing any trust in Noront and the opposite easy to find.

If Noront can add substantially to size of E1 or other Nickel/Copper/PGM's they don't have to care about how other 'players' view them as indeed they can then go it alone. To expect them to lead a joining together by exploration companies in the ROF after playing the 'schoolyard bully' for so long is in my opinion wishfull thinking.
