with all due respect.... I do know it was my choice. I stayed with NOT and even added, because of what I know we have here.

from your post I gather you are telling me that was a mistake. in hindsight it was - I could have moved somewhere else and come back. we are now at .67

your post does not give credit to anyone believing in NOT and staying here.
