While some suspect 'funny business' and institutional investors 'accumulating' there is really no possible way to actually prove that going on nor intentional delay of information to allow it to happen.

That is exactly why it's done Poly!..... because they allow it to happen.

I have bought twice now. 75 and 65. I will wait for the 40's to buy more. That is where we will be with no news. Simple as that.

Traders are looking the area over and wondering why NOT is so much more than FWR in sp. Its getting to the point where FWR has the credibility while Noront does not.
