PS: Maybe a Resolution at the next AGM that ANY Director NOT serving MORE than Two Consecutive Years as a Director will have their Options Automatically Cancelled covering ALL Options Issued/Granted/Vested from November 2008 onward could also find it's way onto the list of AGM Items to be Voted on?
