NOT touches Bollinger lower band (but notice the lower band trend?). In 2009 by far, share price keeps going down and MACD keeps going up, slowly though. Technically I still believe there should be a turnover soon (1st target $0.80), without further manupilation of course.

Re-test $0.435 as someone speculated? Not likely to me.
