Industrial Minerals opens new market for chromite sand in North American foundries

INDUSTRIAL Minerals says HA International will distribute its chromite to the foundry market in North America.
The Memorandum of Understanding between Industrial Minerals subsidiary Oregon Resources and HA International will see the two companies collaborate on the development and marketing of Oregon Resources’ chromite foundry sand.
HA International provides foundry resins, resin coated sands and refractory coatings to the American casting industry for core and mould production.
According to Industrial Minerals, the Memorandum of Understanding will open up new markets for its high performance chromite foundry sand.
