Here is a little something I have prepared for everyone to sink their teeth into. It is a current valuation of Eagle 1 based on the values from the 43-101 but with today's spot prices. I plan on doing this exercise at least monthly to remind ourselves of what we have. Currently, Eagle 1 has a value of 1.407 Billion dollars. At a 10% In situe value, ou MC should be 141M dollars. At our current SP, our MC is 85M. As we all know, In situe value is just a guide and can range from 10 to over 30%. With our deposit being shallow, high grade and with all the other proven and unproven assets on our huge land position that we own 100% and our JVs, we should be way over 10%. So do not despair longs, our time will come, there is just way to much value in the ground to be ignored!!
