"I think the stock options are a super strong indicator that this is the lowest we will ever see Noront shares again.."
Wow, where have I heard this deadly phrase before.... was it $4 or was it .80? This is called hopeful thinking and and I sure hope it is true 'cause I'd love to never see NOT down this far again. As a matter of fact let's move the decimal place two to the right. But never say never about sp's.
Now how on earth did they manage to get the stock options right at todays trading range with the announcement and all? Darn miraculous I'd say. Interesting that it was set at a 10% rise up from a very annoying low at .50. It almost makes it palatable eh? Ya'll don't think they didn't know the option price during negotiations did ya? Well semismart you might be right.... at least for a while anyway.
A number of posters were baffled at the sellers today considering the news. I wonder who they are and what they know? At the same time the sp was quite stable and didn't take a major turn down at days end. Solid support perhaps? How will we open on Thurs.? Too bad they don't have a hot N.R. to pick up the momentum on Thurs. but perhaps they still don't want too much yet. I don't know, but let us still compare the present sp of .62 to where we were some weeks back. We're still really down folks! Don't go getting used to it...... like the froggy in boiling water. Remember .90?
"Now we recieve evidence that what drove our price through the roof before has become much more likely and we have a 10% increase in share price? I guess we are all just out of money?"
I think we're in a very different place and time from the E1 first hole. There aren't a lot of long term thinkers out there and there is still a lot of money moving in and out of the market for short gains. I also think it will take time for investors to feel confident about this company. Too much instability and unrest. Make it happen J. Jobin et al.
