It looks like an Institution is selling for one reason or another but at the same time there is demand for what the institution is dumping.

Were it not for an Insitution dumping, the sp would probably move up considerably. The volume will tell you that. Many sold but many bought as well. Lets hope these shares are in stronger hands like a Major!!
