Eagle 1 could be an ATM machine. Just look at the amount of rock that was moved at windfall for 15M.

Could they do the same thing with the near surface material at Eagle 1 - and use the proceeds to go deeper - built a concentrator - give the open pit overburden to the road builders - build a subway to California so all those poor unemployed surfers could have a shot at making an honest wage? :)

All kidding aside - wasn't this the basic theme that RN was proposing before the proxy?

It would be very interesting to get his thoughts on this topic......

I am sure that there are a million little details that would need to be in place to make this happen - but a million details for a few billion dollars seems like a fair trade.
