Hi Sean,

The fiasco happened at SGS labs. SGS admitted were overloaded and had human error. The issue came from timely reporting of bias. The samples involved had to be re-tested. The previous data was all fine. If there is no conflicting information or bias and we do not require re-testing then we should be full steam ahead. Noront had their own QA/QC back then too.

The samples now go to act lab and if I recall correctly Noront even kicked in around 200,000 to help this lab if memmory is correct. From what I recall you pay more for rush turnarounds. This is available for an additional fee.

Rush is rush and based on LESS overloaded labs rush can be done.
