to L2 info for the american exchange NOSOF?

I had to mail in a signed thing for TD that obviously hasn't made it's way to whoever needs to stamp it yet.

The TD website shows a last trade of .934 and I have bids in for .94 and .95 and not getting filled? I guess there are just no sellers on lighter US volume?

Does anybody know a good not too expensive brokerage house in US that I can trade the Venture exchange on directly and stop having to buy the US equivalent symbols?
