There is a theory beginning to emerge that NOT now believes it has sufficient proven and pending in the ground to catagorize it as "economically viable". This would lend some explanation to the rise in activity of surrounding and bordering co's who will get involved by association or merger. Access (roads) infrastructure (gov participation) have all been discussed lately lending additional credance. In addition it would explain some delays in news as this kind of announcement would attract significant attention and one would want their ducks in a row. Confirmation of H49 and prelim for H50 will push NOT over the threshold.
