I wonder the exploration companies at ROF is getting a spotlight from the institutions. Not only NOT was on the rise but also were other stocks such as BMK, FNC and PRB reached a record volume of trading last week. This particular sector has been suppressed for over a year and now the money sitting on the side lines could be moving into this area. Gold price is going nowhere while hovering at over $900 per ounce. Banking stocks took a hit during the recession period, but recovered since it's 52 week low. RY (Royal Bank from $25 to $47) and TD have been moved up quite nicely.
