indicates that we have valued 75% of Windfall at $6.0M. That equates to $8M for 100%. I believe this is far less than what we have spent but it may not be too short once you factor in the Quebec Government grants. I'm glad to see that work will continue at Windfall and FWR & MRG are also taking a good look.

There is no way that this is the item that has caused the jump in SP but it now does help put up a very good smoke screen (we didn't leak it they did). We may continue to see big volumes now without OSC detailed scrutiny.
