And if I'm not mistaken, we retain 25% and can buy back the other 75% (with all the money from the ROF) if Eagle Hill does not take it to production. And we get $1,000,000. (consideration payments of $600,000 and $400,000) It seems to me, that they've set up the deal to get Eagle Hill to do the work, and we still get at the very least, 25% of the coompany or the 2%NSR.
