The Vague Details (none really) are what is sucking in a few Retail. Otherwise, IT IS ALL THE hype, followed by Pump and associated follow up phone calling (to those formerly not saying anything other than showing they do not even know what the company they are Spoke Person for is doing) and subesquent Rumors to account for the renewed Cross Trading.

And there may even be a few well trained/conditioned (so called Education - meaning Certification!!!) Institutional Employees trying out their Pseudo Technical skills with personal Trading on NOT.
