Dony,

Noront would only show results to Clarus if they signed a confidentiallity agreement. This agreement would prevent Clarus from using this "inside information" to purchase shares. It also prevents hostile takeovers. If Clarus did meet with NOT ,they would only get an information session based on released information if no confidentiallity agreement were signed. Since they have been buying, they have not been given insider information. Rico
