May I add - Who and why would anyone sign a confidentiallity agreement especially if it is a major?

They have an obvious interest. As to disclosure, it depends on the terms of the agreement.

An agreement does not necessarily prevent you from offering a buy out. If anything, the agreement is an indication of possible buyout or partnership. Both big positives.

That is also part of the rumour mill that may be driving the trading volume and possible sly accumulation.
