Taking out stops

Is a very bullish as the shares are wanted , not akin to a crash when you cant sell them.When the stock was trading around $1.60 whomever put a stop out at $1.50 or less should of just sold them at $1.60 instead of advertising that they are giving them away for cheaper.

Happens all the time to grab the shares from undecided sellers at a cheaper price before a next move up.
