I have also not been posting, though knowing of Noront since Dec. 2006 ( unless one counts 2 posts in a year or so) but have come in a flurry these last days due to recent events and possibilities, Amen to that.

As for a director representing us, no need to go to too much expense. What we need is a person not necessarily in good standing on this board but capable of representing us at all board meetings. Probably resident in area of head office.

Next all we need is a collection of sufficuent proxies to hand to that individual to take to the next meeting or during the next BofD elections. Collecting the proxies is the big challenge and would we have enough shares represented.

Obtaining a seat at the Board would also be a big PR boost to the company as seen by prospective investors - It would show that there is a body that seriously cares.
