My limited resources to research this suggests that there is a possibility. Can anyone dig a little deeper.

If there is a connection it sure is a sweet way for these guys to take over Windfall with a promise to pay a couple of million $ sometime in the future" IF AS AND WHEN " to control a property that has already had millions spent on it and has proven results and infrastucture.

Also if management in Eagle Hill is related to NOT then IMO an investment in EAG to keep an interest in Windfall that will have a payoff for Retail Investors is doubtful.
