My opinion will NOT be popular.

But it is realistic.

IF and its a big IF a representative of retail was to be elected to the board, and to do this you have to dispalce one of the current board members ( which will be damn near impossible) that person would then have to assume a position to be in the best interest of the company. They would be privy to information that could not be shared with retail, the exact people they were voted on to represent. There will be NO conduit to the inner workings of the company, there will be NO inside information.

Folks the only way you have a say is through your shares, you can vote with them anyway you like, sell them if you lose faith, buy them if you have faith. Vote with them to vote the directors which you think will lead this company. You can do some research and see who is successful and who is not. In the long run, directors of companies such as this come from a small circle, they get lots of shares for directing the company, they have little personal wealth invested yet reap huge rewards when a company is successful. In the end, we are at thier mercy in the short term, and if NOT has the goods we as well as them can make some money.

A representative of retail on the board is a pipe dream. Do your Due Diligence and play what you can afford.

Not advise, just my opinion,

Respectfully

Storm
