Simple matter of fact is that there is ABSOLUTELY no need to Give Away Windfall Lake. NONE!

However, there is a NEE to Report the Material Change the 2007- 2008 Exploration Program produced on that Property. And that Material Change is represented by the Technical Report on just what was actually done to ACCOUNT for the Spending of the 2006 PP Funds.

With out proper accounting all that can be assumed is What? You suggest what ever you like.

It is obvious that the intent, as it currently exists, is to NOT properly Report and thus remain Unaccountable.

What is it in this you like. May I suggest if you do like any of this, go find another company that conducts business this way and sink plenty of your own cash into what ever you manage to come up with.
