I was thinking this sounds familiar... Recently Yamana sold some of their gold properties (at one third the estimated value) to a company that the top insiders had been buying. In fact many of them had been selling their Yamana shares like crazy to buy the new company. If they can get away with such a conflict, whats going on with windfall would appear to be minor.
