Herb, I sent you a PM but thought I would also reply here to alleviate any confusion.

The target price of $2.00 that Genuity put out is where they value the stock today. ($1.33 for E1, $0.50 for chromite, $0.10 cash).

Their clients will benift by buying at levels like today and then recognizing the $2.00 price target.
