I agree that buyout rumors are such a waste of time, especially at this point in time. We have an improving market, reports of super hits with the drill bit, improving share price. Why would we be hoping for someone to come along and take it away from us?

With the above having been said, I did a bit of diligence a while back regarding buyouts, and came up with the speculative price of 135% over recent SP for a buyout figure. If my due diligence turns into fact, it means that present buyout figure would be $4.75 and rising.
