sorry but I do not buy your explanation.

I have seen negative lots on the Ask side quite often with many srocks and always with no overlap with the Bids. This is the first time I saw an overlap.

I have read on the net that nagatives ared borrowed/shorted lots. I just want confirmation if I'm correct.

I interpret this occasion as a broker trying desperately to control the up side and shorted but was late in posting. Computer was not fast enough to fill it, hence the display.

Sure sign of manipulation from where I stand.
