that's an excellent theory. You've got to think that if the withheld news release makes them feasible then a takeover is foremost on their mind. So if not your theory, then certainly, they are doing behind the scenes manuevers to make sure they are protected. It's been a month today, since hole 49. that should be enough time to get what ever legal docs in order. So a release post trade today or tomorrow would make sense.
