will be released TODAY after market closes?

I think that strategically it might be better to release it on Tuesday morning so that people don't forget it over the long weekend. OR you could say that it gives them a few days to soak up the news over the long weekend.

When would you like to see a big NR

1. Friday after close

2. Tuesday morning at open a nice halt and BOOM - NR, then trade resumption at 11:00EST
