Interesting dialogue on the TFSA...This was not set up by stupid people...I am sure lawyers,CA'S and everyone scrutinized the TFSA before it was offered to the public...I just cannot believe the government would let you make a couple of hundred thousand tax free dollars by paying a minuscule penalty... It will be interesting to see what the financial institutions have to say next week ...Also I bet that we will get diverging opinions on this topic...In the end , if I have to pay a heavy load in taxes,so be it.. because that will mean that I will have made a ton of money in my own investments...Does this long weekend seem especially long??Just my thoughts and here is to a great week..whether we get the NR or not...GLTA & Regards...R R
