Well if we could consider both of their closing highs with NOT being about $7 and FNC at $2.99 best I could find, NOT is at 35% roughly and FNC at about 28% of said highs. They've been moving somewhat in tandem and one might consider it a possibility that they will move together. Having said that, there are too many variables and possible left field information that could change at any time. As for me.... I have no idea except to say that NOT is the prom queen right now so it has the edge to move more substantially. We'll see if any news reflects kindly on FNC or others.
