I have heard this as well and I believe it to be true. If some senior members of management are going to Africa, it makes perfect sense to release the news while they are still here. However, the news may be out in the AM instead of PM, depends on how things go with the BoD meeting. My hunch is they will want news out sooner than later but we will have to see.
