I have followed this board and posted only a couple of times in the past two+ years. I have a few friends that are long NOT and ask my opinion and hold due to their own DD and info we have shared.
I was recently asked at what price should we sell? My answer is I will not have to sell they will tell me when I have sold. Why?
Why bring all drills to E1? In my opinion they know or suspect what is at depth due to the hand held unit that can tell grades within.2% and down hole surveys with some other machine . They are drilling beside the hole that colapsed inorder to extend the length or depth at level 3.
Likely similar grades to level one as this is where level 1 came from.
Now why all drills at E 1 ? Well, once the grades and lengths that they know are there are made public does management think they will become a buy out target right away? Once they are made an offer they have 90 days to accept the offer or not (If I have this right). Once an offer is made, they need to show why another company should bid higher. The only way to do this is to start to prove up tonnage and to push level three deeper!
Once the big news release comes we will only be waiting to see one of the big majors blink and then we will see where this thing goes.
Just my opinion and welcome any others who have more info on buy outs.
