Mine is for the very immediate time period.
They have until quarter to 8 am et to produce the news without a halt to trading. I give that about a 25% chance due to us having much risen in sp past week.
If they do not then I give it only a 10% that they will halt and provide during trading time.
35% for after closing time today. Rest percentage for after today. JMho.
