I say very well laid out Planed Business!

Note that the Shares involved will be Free to Trade on Dec. 28th, 2009. Just one day prior to the Dead Ling for qualifying transactions in 2009. Thus, we can expect some very interesting Trading come post Boxing Day Monday and Tuesday!
