IF you want shipping from James Bay then where would you ship to.

Anywhere you ship is a long distance.

Rail is the answer not only for mining purposes but for the region as a whole. Federal and Ontario governments for that reason might pay some of the cost of implementation.

I do not know much about his but the most logical location seems Sudbury and secondary choice Hamilton.
