These are brokerage houses representing retail investors. It is MISLEADING to say TDWaterhouse is forcing down the share price. They execute their customers orders to buy/sell.

What the market is telling us is that at least some investors feel Noront share price is getting higher than these investors feel comfortable with so they're takng money off the table. Obviously other investors have a higher comfort level and are buying.

There is some price consolidation going on so expect some back and forth until concensus as to fair market price is arrived at for share price. This establishes a trading range until confidence builds, or erodes and we do the dance again.
