I see ( have seen ) a bigger justification.
They lent/optioned out Windfall, for which normally I would kick the management on the shins.
Not that they are dummies or anything. They have a reason which they know better than I.

That reason is a tell tale sign of what they think and hence their action.

That tells me and anyone else all they need to know after all that is printed on this or any other Noront forum.
If you are incapable of reading the signs, do not invest, period.
