What is present is an important enough reason not to reveal anything.

"Subscription to offering is one thing but it's not done until the money changes hands so Noront better get moving."

Moving at what? It would appear that they've done enough to interest investors at 2.80 thus what ever they've enticed them with outweighs any gyrations in the sp currently.... if I've interpreted the intent of your post correctly.
