diamondj I don't think you understood the response you got from JJ. I do want to point out though that JJ's response to you really supports what samsawchuk is saying. If you have pasted JJ's response I would like to point out this sentence.

What JJ is saying is I am not authorized to tell/confirm that with you. Trust me if it was not the truth JJ would tell you so.
