In a post 2 days ago whereby I mentioned that I called JJ. She indicated then that the PP was fully subscribed and committed. Committed meaning cash in the bank, no backing out and no change to the agreed PP, end of subject. No way would the Sp in the PP be adjusted one way or the other, especially when it is filled.

That's no diferent than buying or selling a stock only to find out a few minutes later that you f...ed up, too bad, so sad.
