Thank you for your partcipation and for your contributions within the Noront Resources Hub and the AGORACOM Community. A special thank you to the many members who have contacted over the past 72 hours asking for clarification over what has been transpiring on the forum and for their patience. And last but not least I would like to personally extend a personal note of gratitude to hoov for both his post on board clutter, and for his efforts during the past months.

I would like to begin outright and clarify the stance we shall be taking moving forward on this forum regarding off topic posts. Upon careful consideration of the posts reported as a violation over the past 7 days, and based on our members feedback we have decided to define any post that does not benefit the group of shareholders as spam, and upon 2nd offense, will result in loss of rank/activity points; on 3rd offense you will be removed from the forum.

We are terribly sorry for taking such a strict stance on this matter, however we will not allow a few members "flooding" the forum with messages that do not belong on the Main Discussion forum to soil the community for the rest. We understand that this is a chat room, and many of you have developed a sense of camraderie amongst you, but two of our main mandates are Quality over quantity and ensuring that the time our members spend here to always be a pleasant one.

If you would like to express your gratitude to a fellow poster about a message they have posted on this board, you can do so by clicking the "green thumb" button, thus recommending the message to another poster, or please use the 5 star rating system. If you would like to affix a more personal note, please use the Private Message Button. If you would like to talk about anything other than Noront Resources, kindly proceed to the off topic forum.

Please consider your peers and fellow community members when posting a message; we kindly request all members keep any personal conversations amongst their respective personal inboxes or to take it to the off topic forum. Again we are very sorry to stiffle debate in such a manner, however if the same mundane messages keep coming up on our violations window we will be forced to take the measures stated above. We won't let this type of spam take over any of our forums.
