Page 38 of the following TSX presentation specifies TSX listing requirements for exploration & mining companies.

Noront clearly satisfies senior listing requirements from TSX. Once listed, the company will host more investment from mutual fund managers and have access to broader capital pools. Almost all companies with over $250 million market are listed on TSX.
