Message: Yesterday's luncheon

Dear Friends and Colleagues - Last night, as I enjoyed a fantastic evening with the many new friends I have made on this board- my family lay huddled in the basement as a twister swept down the middle of OUR street in Vaughan. All my family are safe and our house remained intact, where others nearby met a much less fortunate fate. Maybe the powers-that-be do read this board and if so.... thanks Herbert Wiebe.

As for the second blessing, it was having the chance to interact with the wonderful members of this board. Strangely (and somewhat unnerving to me), even my wife was more interested in hearing about the luncheon and post-luncheon discussion than talking about the storm. What impressed me the most was the sense of Community that members of the Agora-gang shared in their conviction for creating an even playing field for the retail shareholder in world dominated by BIG MONEY. Moreover, I commend the amount of work that many of our board leaders NEED TO DO to keep us on track and on topic while at the same time.

I went to the luncheon half expecting to uncover a number of subliminal signals that would guide me to pick an earlier than anticipated exit point and found instead that might like to hang on to this one for a while longer. Wes has a strong presence, seems very genuine, and I believe could do a lot to promote investor confidence going forward. Will he really get us to the mining stage - I don't know, but his posturing on this front, and choice of new board member convince me that he knows how to play ball.

I am hopeful, while still a bit pessimistic, that as retail investors, we will see full disclosure of material data at the same time as the big money - this is based largely on the cagey nature of many of Wes' answers during the Q & A period. Particularly those related to recent drill holes. Hats off to the Agora-gang who really controlled the majority of questions from the floor and pressed Wes to answer questions he didn't want to.

I want to thank ALL who openly welcomed me into your circle last evening and say that I look forward to interaction with all of you in the future.

Best,

Scott
