With all due respect, lets perhaps look at it from still another angle. If they weren't somewhere in the process of applying for a listing, then why not just say so? Why persist in saying that the rules of the TSX prevent them from commenting? Perhaps a better question should be why it is taking them so long?

On the other hand, is there something about listing on the big board that makes them uncomfortable, like say more scrutiny........any thoughts????
