Dark Horse on the Horizon. I hate it, but I worry that you may very well be right. They have thrown all they have at it. Even if it may not happen, or not be "as bad" as your forecast, it is a time to be very careful with your dwindling dollar. With NOT, it is truly a quick (relative) flip, or a long hold through all that may happen. Might be better to park it for however long in NOT. What is in the ground is never going away.
