I can shed a bit of light on this.

I have the agreement here in front of me. It says on page 2 'Closing Date' means August 26, 2009. As far as I'm concerned it means that this is the day that they take my money and issue me the shares.

I'm not sure if it will affect the share price or not. My opinion? Nope. They had $2M Ft shares available over a week ago, which is not much relative to the entire issue of $25M. For all intents and purposes its like they've been sold out for some time now. I don't think any new money is going to come to the table to push the share price higher once this issue is closed on Wednesday.

The good news is that NOT will have the cash to keep drilling for many months - I think the only thing that will drive the share price now is positive assay results.

Frankly, even though I would LOVE to see a jump in the share price immediately - probably the best time for releasing any results is post-Labour Day when all of Bay St is back from Muskoka and looking for a solid, proven and prospective stock for their portfolios.
