I don't know, obg, ownership can cut both ways. Now if the person is not an owner and is prohibited by work rules (as a journalist) or by ethics as a free lancer, then that person can be counted on to be either honest or pathological. If the person is an owner, then objectivity is at least compromised, but it's always difficult to say to what degree.
I think Mucker's comments sound pretty solid, with, as he says, "feet on the ground." If he's making them to get people to sell in order to drive the price down so he can buy shares cheaper, then he'll have to live with that (and with the fact, although likely not the recognition), that his comments likely had no effect at all on the share price).
There's several reasons why this stock is trading where it is, and chief among them is there remains uncertainty as to how much is there, where it is, and how much will it cost to get it.
I look forward to the day when those issues are behind us. I wish I knew how close we are to that day.
