NOT is being aggressively pushed down before news? Not is being aggressively allowed to decline after news, and in this sense it is no different than any other event driven exploration stock listed on the TSX-V.

It doesn't take an aggressive short position or campaign to sink a stock here - merely more share supply than demand, a situation more than likely in this case caused by the sulf-perpetuating act of Retail anticipating a lower price in the future.

We've seen what happens when the market expects 'good news' back in June/July, when share demand was in excess of available supply on a daily basis facilitating the run from .60 to 3. This would be typical of pending good news, whereas a price decline moreso reflects uncertainty with regard to the future
